Woggers Woll

We're awesome. Last night was a great evening for tackling some hills, including the "Devil's back bone", the worst hill on the course. Okay, now you've seen it. Remember, you've now completed 1/3rd of the course. We will definitely meet again on Saturday for what we refer to as our "long run" (which is really a walk/run again) for a total of 2.5 miles. Details to follow today or tomorrow. Please be sure and get a minimum of 2 more runs in besides on Monday. If you go on vacation, consider a treadmill at your hotel or a swimming pool and laps. Something is better than nothing. Be sure and hydrate well hours before exercise and start trying to eat better - no burgers and fries prior to running, please. :-) Stay well.
