Monday night's plan

We are planning on staying with the 1:1 ratio of running and walking. We plan on covering ~2 miles and will be showing you one of your soon to be favorite hills. Don't be scared! We will take it slow and help you get through it. We will meet in the parking lot at Lincoln Park, near the announcement area. Remeber to hydrate all day long. Hope you had a great running weekend, I know I did.
