Woggers Wog

Congrats, woggers, on completing another week and 3 miles under a new pace of 2 to 1. Continue to hydrate and get your run/walk in at least three times per week including next Monday. I'll be at the Women's Distance Festival this Saturday joined by my sistas Maria and Melanie so please join us and let me know you're there. It's a great event for women of all ages and children. Believe it or not, if you complete it, consider completing another mile or two some time that day or over the weekend to really make your "long run" legitimate. Have a great weekend.
