Monday Night Workout

Our route for tonight.

Meet at the Park.

We will get to see the first half of the course. We will be taking you to the Grandstand and then back to the park for a loop. We plan to do 4 miles with a 2:1 ratio. We will be adding a few new members to the group tonight. We will talk about our Saturday morning run.

Big shout out to all the ladies who ran their first race at the Women's Distance Festival.
