It's Here!

Just think tomorrow this time most of you will have run your 1st 10k race, for a few others we hope if this is your second time that your times will have improved from last year. Be sure and eat right today an have a small breakfast in the morning, before 6:30am. Be sure and take water at the early water stops. Watch for us on the course we will be coming back to cheer you on and help run you in. Stop by the Bud Tent for the post race award ceremony and pick up your 2009 Abe's Finisher Medal. There will be a poster that you can get your picture taken in front of too.

Good Luck and see you in the morning!
