Congrats to Angie P., Karen, Vera and Jill for finishing the Abe's Amble course this morning. The weather wasn't bad...all things considered. Angie learned something the hard way but I"ll let her share her story on Tuesday. Which brings me to Tuesday - let's meet at the IDOT Lost Bridge Trail at 5:45 for 6 miles of shade. I'll have water at the 2 and 3 mile marks. I'm going to ask that you all pay more attention to pace and attempt to buddy up with a running/walking partner that evening. Also, STICKS shirts are in the making so we'll talk about those more on Tuesday as well. Remember, cotton is rotten....:-) Sergeant Stick and Maria
