Less than 24 hours to go. I hope you are relaxing today. Don't forget to drink your water and watch what you eat. No heavy greasy food. Try pasta or rice dishes and maybe some lean protein. Please eat in the morning at least one hour before the race, preferably 2 hours before. We will meet you at the restrooms for a group photo and any last minute questions. Don't forget to pick up your packet today 12-5pm at Athleticare South Sixth Street.
